FL10HV11ACS

Custom Flat Lifter

Designed for use with a crane or other hoisting equipment, flat lifters employ vacuum to hold a load for lifting in the flat orientation.  This high-capacity flat lifter was originally designed to lift stainless steel plates and other sheet metals.  With a lifting capacity of 2500 lbs [1135 kg], it features AC power and extends to a remarkable 14 feet [4.25 m] in length.  The telescoping pad frame enables the lifting of large-dimension materials while providing the necessary support across the load surface.  This FL10HV11ACS vacuum lifter is equipped with ten 10" [25 cm] vacuum pads, and features manual valves to control vacuum at the outermost pads.  This provides for versatility in handling loads of varying sizes, including those smaller than the pad frame.  A green vacuum lift light indicates when the vacuum level is sufficient for lifting the maximum load weight.  A dial-type vacuum gauge allows the operator to monitor the current vacuum level in positive inches of Hg or negative kPa.  The lifter also comes equipped with a vacuum reserve tank to help prevent immediate loss of vacuum in case of power failure.

FEATURES:
  •  Green lift light indicates when vacuum level is sufficient for lifting maximum load weight -
Operator can visually identify when there is sufficient vacuum to lift at maximum capacity

  •  Vacuum gauge enables monitoring of vacuum levels in positive inches of HG and negative kPa -
Operator can visually determine whether vacuum level is adequate for lifting

  •  Vacuum line filter prevents contaminants from blocking vacuum lines or damaging valves & pump -
Helps to prevent vacuum system failure and unnecessary damage to equipment

  •  Vacuum reserve tank helps prevent immediate vacuum loss in case of power failure -
This helps prevent unexpected load release

  •  Vacuum pad shutoff valves allow for versatility in load size -
Enables one lifter to handle many different sized loads, adds convenience and saves money on
        equipment

  •  Spring-mounted vacuum pads adjust orientation to match angle of load surface -
Promote ease of performance when attaching to loads

  •  Parking stand protects pads from contacting dirt and contaminants when lifter is set down -
Helps prevent damage to vacuum pads and keeps them in good condition

  •  Movable Vacuum Pad Mounts allow vacuum pads to be removed and repositioned at various predetermined locations on the pad frame -
Allows operator to change the overall pad spread in just moments - enables a single vacuum lifter to handle a wide variety of load dimensions and avoid holes in materials through versatility in vacuum pad placement, saving time and money
