With powered 90° tilt and a widespread frame that supplies support across the entire load surface, this Powr-Grip® vacuum lifter is ideal for handling oversize production materials. It was originally designed to lift large sheets of glass and move them into and out of narrow storage racks. However, because the vacuum pads come equipped with closed cell foam rings, this vacuum lifter is also capable of handling loads with textured surfaces. The 12-pad configuration allows the lifting of materials up to 1500 lbs [680 kg]. Oversized, awkward loads that used to require multiple people and machines are maneuvered painlessly with powered 90° tilt between the vertical and flat positions, making various production processes seem effortless. Smaller loads can also be handled as this vacuum lifter has individual vacuum pad shutoff valves. If a load does not reach to the outer edges of the lifter’s pad configuration, the unused vacuum pads can be turned off so only the necessary pads are used. With the capability of handling a variety of loads, this one lifter can do the job of multiple machines. In the warehouse and on the job site, this piece of equipment saves you time and money while allowing you to work with ease and convenience.
