Remote Control System for 1-SCFM [28 liters/minute] DC Vacuum Lifters

The EO8RC1 Remote Control System is available for certain Powr-Grip® vacuum lifters that are equipped with a 1-SCFM [28 liters/minute], DC-powered vacuum system, including P1-DC, P2-45DC and P2-7DC Channel Lifters, as well the following MRTA Series lifters: MRTA611LDC, MRTALP611LDC and MRTALPCH611LDC. This option allows operators to attach or release the load from remote locations, as may be required for multi-story installations. Please note that Channel Lifters can only be equipped with the EO8RC1 Remote Control System in combination with the Dual Vacuum System (Option EO10DVS).

Radio controlled (FM modulated RF signal)*

Operator’s license not required
Unique codes prevent hazards caused by interference from other radio or remote transmitters,
   as well as electromagnetic transmission sources
Different frequencies are available, to allow multiple systems to transmit simultaneously
   in the same location
Up to 250 ft [76 m] transmission range
Stand-by mode conserves battery energy between lifts

Transmitter Controls:
Power: Activates transmitter
Apply: Engages vacuum at pads
Enable: Allows release function to be activated
Release: Applies air pressure at pads for quick load release

On-Board Controls:
Main power switch
Apply, Release and Enable push-button switches

On-Board Indicators:
Strobe light: Warns that load release is possible
Green lift light: Indicates acceptable vacuum level for lifting
Warning buzzer: Warns of low vacuum

*Currently available for use with radio frequencies in the United States, Europe and some other locations. Contact your Technical Sales Representative for additional product information.
