Available for any of Powr-Grip's® AC vacuum lifters that are equipped with power tilt, this option consists of a components package that radically increases tilt duty and gives the operator precise control over tilt speed. When equipped with High-Duty Tilt, a vacuum lifter can accomplish more than twice the number of tilt cycles per hour that it would otherwise be able to. The integrated speed controller (see inset) allows the operator to vary tilt speed between 4 and 12 seconds. In addition, this package includes high-flow solenoid valves that significantly reduce the vacuum lifter's apply and release times. Indispensable for high-speed production lines, High-Duty Tilt places the ultimate combination of speed and control in the hands of the vacuum lifter operator.
