WOOD’S POWR-GRIP CO., INC. PRIVACY POLICY Wood’s Powr-Grip Co., Inc., (herein after referred to as WPG), takes seriously its obligation to its customers/subscribers and stands firm in its commitment to insure the privacy and security of all affiliated with WPG. To this end, we have created this document to outline our policy regarding privacy. During the course of normal business, certain personal information may be required to service and maintain customer/subscriber accounts. This information may include name, address, telephone number, email address, user ID, password, etc. Except as indicated herein, WPG agrees not to release any user information to any party or entity unless mandated by the account holder in writing or otherwise required by law. Electronic gathering by any other party of the email addresses contained on or maintained by WPG servers is strictly prohibited by federal anti-spam law and violators will be duly prosecuted in accordance with penalties set forth by federal mandate. Internal use of subscriber information shall be confined to analysis for the purpose of supplying requested services and enhanced services. Further, inquiries received from customers/subscribers may be forwarded to dealers & distributors for sales fulfillment. Email addresses provided in the contact form may be forwarded as well. WPG may use customer/subscriber information for the purpose of notification of events, new product releases, corporate news, enhancements and changes which may directly affect customers/subscribers or their account. Violation of the privacy policy by any customer/subscriber, representative or partner may result in legal action and will be considered sufficient cause for immediate termination of any or all agreements, subscriber services and/or partnerships. |
