Wood’s Powr-Grip® has added of yet another powerhouse to its growing line of stone-lifting equipment—the Air-Powered Tilter 600 (model PT4HV11FAIRS).

Equipped with air-powered 90° tilt, this economical vacuum lifter from Wood’s Powr-Grip is sure to lighten the load and improve productivity in the shop. With an apply time of about 5 seconds, the Air-Powered Tilter 600 can transfer materials between upright and flat positions in as little as 10 seconds.

The standard foam pad rings offer maximum versatility, giving this vacuum lifter the capability to seal onto honed, saw-cut and even flame-cut stone, as well as polished surfaces. The sliding pad mounts and individual pad shutoffs enable the operator to easily manipulate irregularly shaped slabs or counter tops with sink cut-outs. The ability to handle a variety of stone and other high-density materials makes the PT4HV11FAIRS a powerful asset in the shop.

The spring-mounted vacuum pads are equipped with individual shutoffs, as well as blow-off for quick release. A vacuum gauge, vacuum reserve tank and a vacuum line filter complement the quality and utility of the Air-Powered Tilter 600—the quality and utility you’ve come to expect from material lifters manufactured by Wood’s Powr-Grip.

The Air-Powered Tilter 600 can also be manufactured to operate with AC and DC power systems. Available options for these vacuum lifters include the vacuum loss warning buzzer (EO3VLW), voltage adaptation (EO6VA), alternative frame dimensions and alternative configurations.
