Wood's Powr-Grip Company offers a
Repair Service to keep vacuum handling equipment in top operating condition. Wood's
Powr-Grip is the only authorized service center for Wood's Powr-Grip products.
To receive factory repair services in North America:
1. Contact the Wood's Powr-Grip Technical Service Department to determine whether the equipment requires factory repair.
2. If so, inform the customer service representative whether package pick-up service is desired. All
freight charges, other than those for warranty repair, will be billed to the customer.
3. Crate or package the equipment in an appropriate manner for its size and weight. Include the following information with the equipment:
Company Name
Your Name
Street Address
City, State, Zip
Phone Number
Company Name and Address for invoicing (if different from the shipping address)
A description of the problem and any special instructions. Please indicate whether you
believe the problem to be covered under Warranty.
4. Ship the package, with the freight paid, via your most convenient shipping service. Securely attach a label to the package addressed to:

Upon receipt, the equipment will be inspected and you will be informed of the estimated cost (excluding warranty service) prior to repair. If you agree to pay all repair costs and to receive the repaired equipment on a C.O.D basis, Wood's Powr-Grip will then conduct the repairs. You will be billed for the services provided, in accordance with the estimate, and for the return freight.

assistance.
