Multipurpose Vacuum Lifters for Materials Handling by Wood's Powr-Grip®
Designed to be lightweight and rugged, Powr-Grip Multipurpose Lifters provide an efficient and economical approach to materials installation and low-volume fabrication. Multipurpose Rotator / Tilters incorporate rotation and tilt for quick and precise load positioning. 12-volt/DC vacuum pumps are standard on most models, allowing cord-free operation of vacuum lifters at the job site or in various shop locations.
MRT49DC, MRT4HV11DC & MRT411LDC • Manual Rotator / Tilters
Delivering manual 360° rotation and 90° tilt from any rotated position, these vacuum lifters provide economy and versatility in the shop or at the installation site. Movable vacuum pads and extension arms create three configurations of the vacuum pads, for handling materials of nearly any size. Cord-free DC power allows operation of the vacuum lifters from cranes, forklifts or floor hoists. When equipped with a Forklift Adapter (LB7FAO option), a vacuum lifter mounts directly to the forks, for handling loads within the warehouse or installing exterior cladding under overhangs. Capacities to 700 lbs [320 kg].
MRTA611LDC • Quadra-Tilt Rotator 1100
In addition to 360° manual rotation, this vacuum lifter features an innovative four-bar tilt mechanism that radically reduces the effort needed for tilting loads 90° between the upright and flat positions. (Re)movable vacuum pads and extension arms allow for numerous configurations of the vacuum pads, to accommodate a wide variety of material sizes and shapes. This vacuum lifter also comes standard with Powr-Grip's Dual Vacuum System, designed to reduce the risk of falling loads. Operating the vacuum lifter from cranes, forklifts or overhead hoist systems is easy with cord-free DC power. 1100 lbs [500 kg] capacity.
MRTA8HV11DC & MRTA811LDC • Quadra-Tilt Rotators 1200 & 1400
Like the MRTA611LDC Vacuum Lifter, the Quadra-Tilt Rotators 1200 and 1400 offer cord-free DC power, 360° manual rotation, mechanically assisted 90° manual tilt, and (re)movable vacuum pads and extension arms, for lifting nearly any size or shape of materials. In addition to all these advantages, MRTA8HV11DC and MRTA811LDC Vacuum Lifters come standard with greater load capacity and a high-flow vacuum system, to help overcome leakage associated with semiporous or contaminated materials. 1200 lbs [545 kg] or 1400 lbs [635 kg] capacity.
P1 & P2 Series • Channel Lifters
These modular vacuum lifters are expandable to meet a variety of materials handling needs. Interchangeable Lift Frames provide manual 180° rotation and 90° tilt. Pad Channels can be switched from one Lift Frame to another in minutes, for maximum versatility at the installation site. On-board DC power permits cord-free use of the vacuum lifter with cranes, forklifts or floor hoists. AC powered vacuum lifters are also available. When combined with the CB1 Counter-Balancer, double-channel vacuum lifters can be used to install windows and exterior surfacing materials under overhangs or in other low-clearance settings. PF Series • Powr-Frame Vacuum Lifters
Featuring manual 180° rotation and 90° tilt, Powr-Frame Vacuum Lifters offer economy and versatility at the job site or in the factory. A wide variety of models lets you select the vacuum lifter that best meets your materials handling requirements: Different configurations of vacuum pads are available for long or tall materials, as well as for two different groups of load weights. PF Series Vacuum Lifters are available with either cord-free DC power systems or economical AC pumps.

HF Series • Rotate and Tilt Hand Cup Frames
Hand Cup Frames are an inexpensive way to put Powr-Grip's hand-held vacuum cups to work on a crane, hoist or forklift. These vacuum lifters feature manual 180° rotation and 90° tilt between upright and flat positions. As with the PF Series Vacuum Lifters, a choice of vacuum pad configurations enables you to select the Hand Cup Frame best suited to meet your materials handling needs. When used with Powr-Grip's N5450 Vacuum Cups, the vacuum lifter's capacity is 700 lbs [320 kg].
