Flat Lifters for Materials Handling by Wood's Powr-Grip®
Powr-Grip Flat Lifters are available in a wide variety of styles and capacities for handling horizontally oriented materials, including sheet metals, I-beams, modular construction panels, wood products and truck body panels. These vacuum lifters commonly feature adjustable pad frames, in order to handle irregularly shaped materials or to avoid holes and surface obstructions. Standard vacuum pads attach quickly and easily to both nonporous and semiporous material surfaces, such as plywood and OSB products.
FL1HV11DC • Flat Lifter 300
This vacuum lifter features a single vacuum pad, for quick attachment and release on a variety of materials. Commonly used to handle auto and truck body panels, the FL1HV11DC Flat Lifter enables ergonomic handling of heavy loads by a single person. Cord-free DC power makes this vacuum lifter ideal for use at delivery sites or in multiple shop locations. 300 lbs [135 kg] capacity. Also available in manual tilt model.
FLEX2HV11, FLEX3HV11, FLEX4HV11 & FLEX5HV11 • FLEX Series Flat Lifters
These flexible vacuum lifters can be configured for a wide variety of materials handling applications. Standard pad frames feature movable vacuum pads on a single beam, to accommodate various load dimensions. Available with 2, 3, 4 or 5 vacuum pads, and AC, DC or compressed air power. Capacities from 600 lbs [270 kg] to 1500 lbs [680 kg].
FL4HV11AC • Folding Arm Flat Lifter
This flat lifter combines the capacity of a relatively large vacuum lifter with speed and maneuverability of a small one: With the pad arms lowered and vacuum pads activated, the FL4HV11AC Flat Lifter can lift materials weighing up to 1000 lbs [455 kg] and measuring more than 60" [1524 mm] in length. When handling smaller loads, outer vacuum pads can be turned off and arms raised, to give faster attachment times and greater agility.
FL6HV11AC • Flat Lifter 1000
With movable vacuum pads and sliding adjustable pad arms, this vacuum lifter offers the ultimate versatility for handling irregularly shaped materials or for avoiding holes and surface obstructions. The FL6HV11AC Flat Lifter comes standard with an AC vacuum pump and 1000 lbs [455 kg] capacity. Also available with compressed air or DC power system, as well as other capacities.
FL12HV11AC • Flat Lifter 3000
This vacuum lifter features an astounding 3000 lbs [1360 kg] capacity, making it Powr-Grip's highest capacity flat lifter for materials handling. Movable vacuum pads and optional pad shutoffs enable the FL12HV11AC Flat Lifter to handle a wide variety of material sizes and shapes. It comes standard with an AC vacuum pump. Also available with compressed air or DC power system, as well as other capacities.
