Powr-Grip Rotators provide a quick and easy method to load stone, glass and other sheet materials on edgers, bevelers or any vertically oriented production machinery. In most cases, these vacuum lifters provide 360° of continuous edgewise rotation, to ensure level positioning of the load. Available with either manual or powered rotation, Powr-Grip Rotators are built for heavy-duty production line service.
PR49AC & PR4HV11AC • Power Rotators 500
The PR49AC and PR4HV11AC Power Rotators use an electrically powered motor to accomplish 360° continuous rotation of production materials. Adjustable rotation speed allows variations from 2 to 14 rpm. These vacuum lifters attach to the load in seconds, making them ideal for high-output production lines. 500 lbs [225 kg] capacity.
PR89AC & PR8HV11AC • Power Rotators 1000
Like the Power Rotators 500, the PR89AC and PR8HV11AC Vacuum Lifters provide 360° continuous rotation and adjustable rotation speed. In addition to these advantages, the Power Rotators 1000 have the ability to handle longer and heavier materials. 1000 lbs [455 kg] capacity.
MR49, MR4HV11 & MR411L • Manual Rotators 500, 600 & 700
Economical vacuum lifters for production line use, Manual Rotators permit easy access to the material for rotation, while also supplying adequate leverage for precise load positioning. These vacuum lifters feature manual 360° rotation with automatic locking at the quarter points. Hardened steel rotation wear plates provide years of smooth, dependable service. Available with AC or compressed air power system. Capacities to 700 lbs [320 kg].
PR49AIR, PR4HV11AIR & PR411LAIR • Air-Powered Rotators 500, 600 & 700
These vacuum lifters feature powered 90° rotation and vacuum generating systems that make use of compressed air systems already existing in many production facilities. When an Air-Powered Rotator is used to load edgers or bevelers, air-powered rotation allows the operator to turn the material effortlessly in 90° increments, as needed to work all edges of a rectangular load. Capacities to 700 lbs [320 kg].
PRHE49AIR • Air-Powered Rotator 400 with Integrated Hoist
Like other Air-Powered Rotators from Powr-Grip, this vacuum lifter uses a compressed air supply to lift, rotate and load materials on vertically oriented processing machines. In addition, electronic controls for the hoist and vacuum lifter functions are integrated into one ergonomic control handle. Movable vacuum pad mounts allow the operator to handle various material sizes, while an adjustable-position lift spool allows the operator to change the lifter's hang angle as needed. 400 lbs [180 kg] capacity.
PRH49AIR & PRH611LAIR • Air-Powered Rotators 500 & 800 with Integrated Hoist
Specifically designed to operate in production environments, these air-powered rotators come standard with an integrated hoist that operates on the same compressed air supply that the lifters use to rotate the load. Controls for the hoist are conveniently located on the vacuum lifter. The integrated air cylinder design brings rigidity to the lifter/hoist combination, eliminating chain slap and sway found in conventional hoists. Coupled with a ball-joint mount, this hoist provides quicker, more precise handling and placement of materials on the production line, without sacrificing maneuverability. The ingeniously designed hoist cylinder has separate chambers for air and hydraulic fluid, which fill or drain as needed to minimize motion drift and to eliminate bumps and jerks, which otherwise could compromise the safety of the material being handled. Capacities to 800 lbs [365 kg].
MRLPCH611LDC • Low-Profile Manual Rotator 1100
The linear design of this Powr-Grip 180° rotator is indispensable for lifting glass and other materials in narrow locations. Removable pad frame extensions give the MRLPCH611LDC vacuum lifter the flexibility to handle various load dimensions, while still offering a relatively high load capacity in its six-pad configuration. On-board DC power makes this vacuum lifter ideal for use in various shop locations or wherever AC power is not readily available. 1100 lbs [500 kg] maximum capacity.
MR1611LDC • Manual Rotator 2800
This 16-pad, large capacity vacuum lifter offers full 360° rotation for a wide variety of load weights. Removable vacuum pads and pad frame sections let the vacuum lifter conform to nearly any size or shape of material. A self-contained, 12-volt/DC power system permits cord-free operation of the vacuum lifter in a variety of production settings. 2800 lbs [1270 kg] maximum capacity. This vacuum lifter is available for leasing in some areas.
PR2811LDC • Power Rotator 3400
The Power Rotator 3400 offers maximum flexibility for handling enormous architectural components and similar loads. Along with a maximum load capacity of 3,400 lbs [1540 kg], the PR2811LDC Vacuum Lifter features powered 360° rotation with an adjustable electronic speed controller, to give the operator precise control and smooth, effortless load positioning. Removable vacuum pads, removable pad arms and removable pad frame sections allow for numerous configurations of the vacuum pads, to accommodate a wide variety of material sizes and shapes. A movable control pendant also allows the operator to control the vacuum system and rotation functions at a distance from the lifter. A self-contained DC power system provides cord-free operation in various settings.
