Used world-wide, the MRPT89AC Vacuum Lifter is Powr-Grip's most popular production line rotator / tilter, because it offers the greatest economy and versatility in a powered vacuum lifter. Attaching to materials in approximately 4 seconds, it supplies 360° continuous manual rotation with 90° powered tilt between upright and flat positions. Like the MRPT89AC Vacuum Lifter, the MRPT1211LAC Manual Rotator / Power Tilter provides 360° continuous manual rotation with 90° powered tilt between upright and flat positions. In addition to these advantages, this large capacity vacuum lifter has the ability to handle much heavier production materials. 2000 lbs [905 kg] capacity.

In addition to 360° manual rotation, this vacuum lifter features an innovative four-bar tilt mechanism that radically reduces the effort needed for tilting loads 90° between the upright and flat positions. (Re)movable vacuum pads and extension arms allow for numerous configurations of the vacuum pads, to accommodate a wide variety of material sizes and shapes. MRTA8HV11DC & MRTA811LDC • Quadra-Tilt Rotators 1200 & 1400
Like the MRTA611LDC Vacuum Lifter, the Quadra-Tilt Rotators 1200 and 1400 offer cord-free DC power, 360° manual rotation, mechanically assisted 90° manual tilt, and (re)movable vacuum pads and extension arms, for lifting nearly any size or shape of material. In addition to all these advantages, these vacuum lifters come standard with greater load capacity and a high-flow vacuum system, to help overcome leakage associated with semiporous or contaminated material surfaces. 1200 lbs [545 kg] or 1400 lbs [635 kg] capacity.
