These Powr-Grip vacuum lifters are designed for handling vertically oriented materials. Gentle Giants provide needed support and rigidity across the load surface when handling enormous glass and other sheet materials. The smaller Production Line Vertical Lifters attach and release in seconds, reducing the time of transferring materials to and from high-speed processing machinery. Other Vertical Lifters from Wood's Powr-Grip employ manual or DC-powered vacuum pumps, allowing cord-free operation of these vacuum lifters in a variety of production or delivery settings. |

The Gentle Giants are designed to produce optimum support when handling enormous sheet materials. The T-shaped frame of these vacuum lifters distributes load weight equally, providing rigidity and stability across the material surface. A movable control pendant provides easy access to the vacuum release button when load size requires the vacuum lifter to be higher than the operator. 1200 lbs [545 kg] or 1800 lbs [815 kg] capacity.

The VLPL Series Vacuum Lifters are most often used when transferring production materials between upright processing machinery and storage racks. In order to handle a wide variety of material sizes, this economical vacuum lifter combines compact size and relatively high lifting capacity. A 12-volt/DC power system allows cord-free operation of the vacuum lifter wherever AC or compressed air power is not readily available. The on-board power system also allows this vacuum lifter to be used for deliveries or in multiple shop locations. 700 lbs [320 kg] capacity.

VL Series • Hand Cup Frame Vertical Lifters
These vacuum lifters offer the ultimate in economy for upright sheet handling. Hand-held vacuum cups can be removed easily, when needed for other uses. Hand Cup Frames are well-suited for loading and unloading delivery trucks, as well for fabrication operations where rotation and tilt are not required. Depending on the model selected, sliding hand cup mounts or center arms of differing lengths give these vertical lifters the flexibility to handle various material sizes.

Vacuum lifters with mounts for 3 hand-held vacuum cups. Available with either a long center arm (VL3000L) or a short center arm (VL3000S). When used with Powr-Grip's N5450 Vacuum Cups, capacity is 330 lbs [150 kg].
