Service & Support | Equipment Instructions | How to Receive the Correct Instructions
Consult the serial plate or label of your equipment product for specifications, when possible. Then download instructions for the specific model and/or version of the product you are using. The instructions listed for a model are appropriate for current Powr-Grip designs, but they may not be appropriate for past designs. Prior to acting on any of the instructions found on the website, make sure they are appropriate for your product. If not, please contact our Technical Sales department or your dealer to obtain the correct instructions.
Products with model numbers ending in "O" or "S" usually require additional steps to obtain instructions that are complete and correct:
"O" indicates a product which is equipped with one or more options. Although instructions for an option may be incorporated in the main product instructions, usually you will need to download an appendix from the Option Instructions page. Be sure to download instructions for all of the options that apply to your product. If you need to download option instructions, keep in mind that some options affect product specifications such as Weight and Pad Spread, making them different from what is listed in the main product instructions.
"S" indicates a product which is custom-designed to the customer's specifications. Although the model number may appear to be similar to a model listed on the website, such products actually require special instructions, written specifically to address the product's unique features. Please contact our Technical Sales department or your dealer to obtain the correct instructions.
