Wood's Powr-Grip Co., Inc. of Laurel, Montana U.S.A. hereby grants to any dealer, supplier, customer or educational institution (“Grantee”) permission to publish on a website a hypertext link to the home page of the Wood's Powr-Grip Co., Inc. website, http://www.powrgrip.com (website URL), with the following provisions:

1) Permission is granted specifically for the publication of the Wood's Powr-Grip Co., Inc. website URL only, or the URL as linked from the name or logo of Wood's Powr-Grip Co., Inc. to http://www.powrgrip.com. However, neither the URL nor the name or logo may be used in any other list or publication without explicit written consent from Wood's Powr-Grip Co., Inc..

4) This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Montana and the United States of America. Wood's Powr-Grip Co., Inc. reserves all legal rights relating to the original content of its website, including copyrights. Photos, graphics, text and other content may not be copied from the Wood's Powr-Grip Co., Inc. website for use on any other website or in any publication without explicit written consent from Wood's Powr-Grip Co., Inc..

5) The Grantee acknowledges that Wood's Powr-Grip Co., Inc. may terminate and revoke this permission at any time, with or without cause, by giving notice to the Grantee. The Grantee must remove the hypertext link to the Wood's Powr-Grip Co., Inc. website within 10 days of receiving such notice.

6) This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties relating to the link referenced here and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous understandings, whether written or oral. This agreement does not offer the Grantee compensation of any kind for publishing a link to the Wood's Powr-Grip Co., Inc. website.

The publishing of a hypertext link on the Grantee’s website constitutes full and complete acknowledgement and acceptance of this agreement by both parties.
