The PR4HV11AC Vacuum Lifter uses an electrically powered motor to accomplish 360° continuous rotation of stone slabs. Adjustable rotation speed allows variations from 2 to 14 rpm. This vacuum lifter attaches to stone in seconds, making it ideal for high-output production lines. 500 lbs [225 kg] capacity.
PR8HV11AC • Power Rotator 1000
Like the PR4HV11AC Vacuum Lifter, the PR8HV11AC Power Rotator provides 360° continuous rotation and adjustable rotation speed. In addition to these advantages, this vacuum lifter has the ability handle longer and heavier slabs. 1000 lbs [455 kg] capacity.
MR4HV11 • Manual Rotator 600
An economical vacuum lifter for production line use, the MR4HV11AC Manual Rotator permits easy access to the stone for rotation, while also supplying adequate leverage for precise slab positioning. This vacuum lifter features manual 360° rotation with automatic locking at the quarter points. A hardened steel rotation wear plate provides years of smooth, dependable service. PR4HV11AIR • Air-Powered Rotator 600
This vacuum lifter features powered 90° rotation and a vacuum generating system that makes use of compressed air systems already existing in many stone processing facilities. When a PR4HV11AIR Vacuum Lifter is used to load edgers or bevelers, air-powered rotation allows the operator to turn the stone effortlessly in 90° increments, as needed to work all edges of a rectangular slab. 600 lbs [270 kg] capacity.
